Submit your order, and we will reach out as soon as possible to retrieve genealogy records from you, or to provide a quote for our research services. Once we have record and payment we'll start work on your chart or book.

You will receive a final mockup image for approval before the design(s) are sent off to production. Now having the final chart dimensions, we will reach back out to you about matting and framing options, requesting payment for those at this time.

Receive your product in the mail within two months (specific timeline dependent on the project), unpackage, and display with pride!
