As the final dimensions of your genealogy chart have yet to be determined, we are unable to provide exact specifications for your selection of matting and framing yet, and we are unable to accept exact payment at this time. With that being said, we have hundreds of matting and framing options available, ranging from an additional cost of around $150-1,500. If you are interested in reviewing styles and choices with our team, please add this item to cart (for FREE), and we will reach back out to you to discuss details and request payment upon the completion of your finalized genealogy chart.
Matting and Framing for Charts
Please keep the following in mind when you are submitting your order for matting and framing...
- Maximum number of frames is TWO frames- For Mayflower charts, we recommend framing only, NO matting, due to the length of the chart and our limitations in terms of maximum dimensions of matting
- When dimensions of the final chart are known, we will reach back out to you to confirm the specifications of your matting and framing selections (including number of mats, colors, width of each mat, and frame style). We require final confirmation of details and payment to be made within ONE WEEK of originally reaching out to you to confirm these details. If not we reserve the right to move forward without matting and framing, and changes to matting and framing cannot be accepted after this point.
- We are happy to provide images directly from our design team that illustrate a sample chart with matting and framing of your selection to be reviewed before confirming order details, if you so choose. Please let us know if you would like to view a mockup of matting and framing when we reach back out to you!
All products have a flat rate domestic shipping fee of $20! For international shipping, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $30. We hope you enjoy your purchase!
Please expect any charts to arrive with 4-6 weeks for simpler charts, and within 6-8 weeks for more complex chart orders. If you are adding any matting and framing, please consider that your product may arrive up to one week later than the dates above.
